Message	most of the time, small accidents like this with uninsured motorists go unreported. the other guy usually agrees to pay for all damage done to the car. the problem though is that since the other dude can't afford insurance in the first place, he/she probably can't afford to send your car to a quality body place. it usually goes to a 'friend', which just ends up meaning your car gets repaired at "pacos almost as good as maaco paint & body" Cold silence has a tendency to atrophy any sense of compassion
